All Over the Place - Trial & Error

So, now you know where "Seriously Dude?" came from. But what's going to happen on the site? Will I find the winning numbers to the Powerball or Mega Millions? - No. Will you share the meaning of life? - Only mine. Will you share funny pet videos? - Maybe of just my own critters. All great questions. Honestly, it may be a hodge-podge of stuff or eventually I may separate some things onto a different site all together. Part of that will be feedback received from you, some of it will be ease of maintaining things, all this website business is new to me so it'll truly be trial and error.

But let's start with the little guy up in the left corner, that's Gizmo a.k.a. Fruitloop. He's going to be the site mascot and that perfect head tilt showcases the Did-you-really-just-say-that feeling that we all get from time to time. Whether it's from someone posting on social media or your own child, we all have our own head tilt moments. Sometimes that moment is bigger than a head tilt, then it becomes a WTF moment. But since Gizmo can't speak, we'll keep it at head tilt. Gizmo joined the family two years ago from Because You Care, a fantastic local rescue center. Since then he's been gracing us with his super-ball athleticism, his "love" of cats and the ability to bark at nothing & everything all at one time and we've grown to love most everything about him. Bottomline he's part of the family, quirks and all, so why not make him part of this experience?

As you may have noticed, this site is designed for posting #blogs, so articles just like this. If you click on the Blog link (also top left) it'll open the page with a list of categories. I'll be separating out what I post because not everyone wants to ready about the inane questions my son asks, nor does everyone want to see nature pictures I've taken, so you'll get to click on the topic you'd like to focus on. With that said, here's what you can find in each section:

• All Posts: Will literally show you all posts / articles I've added to the site. I'm hoping it's self-explanatory.

• Marketing & Flyer Design: Showcases the flyers I've created for various local organizations & events to be used on social media. If you're interested in having me create a flyer for you, please contact me.

• Photography: Various picture I've taken over time, most of them will be #nature inspired.

• Lacrosse: Focused on the sport of #lacrosse, whether it's about my son playing, what's going on with the local lacrosse scene or articles I've written to share lacrosse IQ with folks, you'll find it here.

• Random Thoughts: Funny #boymom stories and other humorous, oddball topics I may be inclined to write about.

• Service Reviews: Under "More" where I'll review #local & national services, from meal delivery on, if I've used it you'll find it discussed here.

• Recipes: Under "More" See #recipes I've tried, the good and the disgusting with #lifehacks on how to make it easier.

• Contributions: Coming Soon - this will be where others can send me their articles and I'll post for them. Simply contact me and we'll work out the details.
