ABOUT ERIE AREA LACROSSE

Erie Area Lacrosse is an organization comprised coaches, program leaders and parents from all the boy's and girl's lacrosse programs in and around Erie & Crawford Counties. Our shared objective is to grow the sport from our youth programs through high school and club teams. We have a passion for lacrosse and believe that once you try the sport, you’ll love it too.

Why did we come together and form this organization? If you look around the country, you can see pockets where lacrosse is THE sport to play. The one thing those areas have in common is a strong foundation, where the programs work together to elevate the sport. Yes, there’s competition between teams, but at the end of the day, there’s a unified platform where lacrosse can thrive. We want that for OUR area. We realize there’s power in numbers and setting a common goal that we ALL can work to achieve will help us get there.

This organization is school & program agnostic, it’s not related to or managed by a single school or program. We want to provide a location where parents and players don’t have to search all over for what’s available. The easier we can make it to find lacrosse information, the quicker we’ll reach our goal of growing the sport.
